Alness Viaduct over River Averon, Alness

It has two shallow segmental arches over the river and a small semi-circular arch over the road, now for pedestrians only. The courses of the soffits are skewed. The spandrels are ornamented with two towers with slits and square crenulated tops with dentils, and a semicircular arch between the towers topped by a coat of arms complete with motto. [1]
