Comments :
It is a segmental arch of coursed rubble, with a slight hump and a span of 71 feet, built on a slope. The abutments are on rock and the wing walls run round into the roadside walls. The stone used is Moinian gneiss which has touches of sandy red about it. The narrow voussoirs, like thin slats, each 3 feet long add to the looks of this handsome bridge. [1]
